Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (depending on stock availability.  Bespoke and handmade products may have a longer lead time, but will definitely be worth the wait!) You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your item is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the UK. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a flat rate of £5.95 applies to standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes. If you're not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at hello@alderandloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Are returns free?
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
